When will my dahlia tubers ship?

Dahlia tubers are shipped late April through early May, when in-ground planting conditions are appropriate.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within the continental United States using USPS Mail. Flat rate shipping per order visible at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (confirmed by package tracking) and must include photos documenting the issue. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for replacement or refund

How do I request a return?

To request a return, contact us within the inspection window and include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can properly evaluate your request.

Will I receive a refund or replacement?

Approved returns may result in a replacement (same or comparable variety, depending on current inventory). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you guarantee growing success?

No. Because growing conditions vary widely, we cannot guarantee sprouting, growth, or bloom performance.

What situations are not eligible for a return?
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Issues reported after the inspection window

  • Failure of tubers to grow, sprout, or bloom

  • Damage caused by planting, handling, storage, weather, pests, or disease

  • Natural variation in plant growth or performance

Is inventory guaranteed when I add items to my cart?

No. Items are not reserved until you receive an order confirmation email.

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any additional losses or damages, including those related to growing conditions, weather, or care after delivery.

Do you guarantee growing success or performance?

No. We do not guarantee growth, performance, or results after delivery, as these depend on factors outside of our control.

All dahlia tubers and plant materials are guaranteed to be true to variety name and arrive in healthy condition.

When should I inspect my order?

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

What if there’s an issue?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

What resolution is offered?

Approved claims may receive a replacement or a refund for the purchase price of the affected item.

Are shipping costs included?

No. Shipping costs are not covered.

No. Issues related to weather, soil conditions, pests, disease, or improper handling are not covered.

What if I notice an issue after the inspection period?

Cut Flower FAQs:

How do I care for my cut flowers?

Remove all packaging and trim the stems at an angle. Place flowers in a clean vase and fill it halfway with freshwater. Add flower food to minimize the growth of bacteria in the water. Place flowers away from heat and direct sunlight. Change the water and trim the stems every 1 - 2 days. Remove wilted blooms and leaves to keep the flowers fresh.

How long will my bouquet last?

Our bouquets will last on average 5 - 7 days. Some flowers will last longer than others, it depends on the flower variety and care.

What forms of payment do you accept at the stand?

Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle.
